- Balls are hardened and move freely in the retainer, ensuring positive contact with anvil and spindle
- The diameters of each ball used must be subtracted from the micrometer reading
- Meets or Exceeds Accuracy and Performance Requirements of National and International Standards and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology
