3-Way & 4-Way Valves

3-way valves have three ports and a single control element, allowing them to control the flow from one line to two separate lines, or vice versa. They're commonly used for diverting, mixing, or selecting flow paths. They are often seen in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to mix hot and cold water to achieve a desired temperature.

4-way valves have four ports and are used to reverse the flow of a fluid in a circuit. They allow fluid to be diverted from one path to another while simultaneously allowing fluid from a third path to a fourth. This is particularly useful in systems that require directional changes, such as hydraulic circuits and some heat pump systems.
