Thermiculite™, Flexitallic's® new high-temperature sealing material, is compromised of chemically exfoliated and thermally exfoliated vermiculite. This revolutionary new product simulates the structure of exfoliated graphite, with one notable exception-gaskets made with Thermiculite™ maintain their intergrity, even at high temperatures. Thermiculite™ is thermally stable, ensuring against thermal oxidation, at temperatures in excess of 1800°F (Thermiculite™ 835).
